italian fried setian and pesto

Since I made like 18 oz of seitan I tired my hand at setian fried chicken it was pretty tastey. The breading was the issue. It was served along with cilantro walnut pesto on the pasta.

- the coating a breading was a little rough next time no panco (rice bread crumbs)
